I am exploring many mediums including encaustic, acrylic skins and resin. As a new artist, I am enjoying how divergent materials like concrete, wire, wax and silk blend together to create a unique voice.

I have no preconceived concept for a piece and the medium and materials take me for a "ride'. The mantra in my head is " what if....".

My art reflects the emotional landscape of my life and the world at large. Many of my " Difficult Spring" pieces were motivated by our current political climate. I am influenced by encaustic artist Alicia Tomey 's 3 d Specimens and Helen Dannally's Clusters.
